Default Forbidden Mercenaries GvG build

Hey. This is a build i thought up that might do well for a new guild. idk if it will work though seeing as this is my first GvG build that i have created. I must give credit to:
JR for giving me a few ideas on the Thumper and a few other builds that led to this final build.
Every1 in JR's "standard character build" sticky for the ideas they had.
Anet for making a great game.

Gale Warrior

Sry its out of order. The character builder i used from Gwfreaks used this code as an export so i didnt change it in case i messed something up. other than that all the attributes are right. Ty for any future ideas on this build. I really need them. My guild is fairly new so tell me if there is anything that may be to complex for 3-5 experienced players and a lot of new players.

Keep in mind the characters in that thread are severely outdated for the most part. For instance, you'd want your Thumpers to have Rampage as One nowadays.
Gale wars use Shock because Gale was nerfed. And Aususpicious Parry is crap.
Give that ranger Burning Arrow. Outside of Rspike, Punishing Shot is crap.

There are a plethora of suboptimal/outdated skills in this build. Ferocious Strike? Spell Shield? Gale on a Warrior?

Besides problems with individual builds, I think this build could use more synergy. I'm assuming that it's meant to be some kind of pressure, but if so, you should focus more on overloading on a specific type of pressure.

So burning arrow for punishing shot. Shock for gale. RaO for ferocious strike. Dragon slash for galrath and shield stance for parry? That sound better? Well the ele has a nice degen pressure coupled with the ranger burning and interrupting mend condition/ailment with the necro adding his degen and less benefit from healing I figured that would cover degen pressure and hexes. I'm sorta new to the thumper. I suppose that could do with the most help. The warrior should be good on tanking now. What about the monks? Anything I need for them? I think the 2 eles r ok now. Anything else I should do?

And could some1 give me a standard build of RaO thumper? I'm not all that familiar with it.
So r the changes in the build better?

Searing Flames without Glowing Gaze or Fire Attunement = low on energy fast.

No offense, but this build just isn't very good...

Little skill synergy (either within or between characters), use of sub-par skills, and not a really god understanding of the what/why/how of different template characters.

Just some examples:

The idea that warriors should be "tanking" is just wrong.
SF ele without major energy management can't keep up with energy.
Punishing shot is a crap elite even in Rspike.
Aegis on a monk without glyph of lesser.
Outdated thumper running staggering->heavy rather than just bash.
A runner with little-no self survivability.
etc.
